Wayne County CTB's Sales Director will develop a complete and professional proposal for your convention, meeting, retreat, annual dinner, event, or tournament.
We can prepare a personalized event map for your event. The map can include your event venues, selected lodging facilities, selected area attractions, related area businesses, churches, area unique dining and shopping..... whatever you wish.

Wayne County CTB Event Sales Department is delighted to assist by providing "Pre-Event Promotional Materials" of interest to your participants.
We can provide a full color area visitors guide and additional guide books to your group.
We can coordinate the rental of chairs, tables, AV Equipment, Skirting, Video services, and more!
Wayne County CTB Sales Department will request a special group/event rate from area event lodging facilities for your group/event participants, and prepare a personalized group or event reservation flyer.
Wayne County CTB Event Sales Staff works with area lodging facilities to assist you with your staff, VIP's, judges or speakers accommodation needs during your event.
We have several marquees throughout the county upon which we will request the businesses post a welcome message for your group event if desired.
We can provide Self Touring Guides for each participant to explore the area, email your request to grouprequest@visitrichmond.org.
Depending upon the nature and size of your group, we can provide VIP letters of welcome- mayoral, county-wide for program books, a website posting or registration bags. (your group will feel acknowledged and welcome)
